Thank you for choosing The Fob Collection as your online rental clothing service. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations. By using our services and making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions described below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are provided at the discretion of The Fob Collection.
  • Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
    1. The rented item is defective or significantly different from its description.
    2. The rented item does not fit as per the provided size measurements.
    3. The rented item is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, you must email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of making the booking. Include your order details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence or images.
  • Our team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within three (3) business days in the original payment method used during the booking.
  • Refunds will be issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges, but they are not eligible for refunds.
  • Personal Preference: Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or personal preference.
  • Damage Caused by Renters: If an item is damaged due to negligence, misuse, or improper care by the renter, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be requested by emailing us at [email protected] within 24 hours of making the booking.
  • If a cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe, we will process a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances. Our team will assess the situation and determine the refund eligibility.

Exchange Option

If an item does not fit, we may offer an exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.
